Clearing the Cache in the CANdata Launcher / Clearing the Cache when logging in

Problem:

Problems logging in can sometimes be resolved by clearning the local cache in the Candata launcher

Solution:

In the launcher

1. Click "server"
2. Select "clear cache"
3. System will run and advise when cache is cleared
4. Then while holding the "Shift Key", click on 'Clear Cache'.
5. Keep holding down on the 'Shift key until it says, 'Cleared'. Then click on OK and login normally
