We would like to inform you that the new CANdata launcher is now available. The previous launcher will be decommissioned on December 8, 2025, and after that date, your current login will no longer work.
Why are we introducing a new launcher?
It all comes down to security and self-service. The new launcher includes:

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): A major security upgrade to protect your account.
- Self-service password management: You can now change or reset your own password—no need to wait for us to do it for you.
With these improvements in place, here’s what you need to do to make the switch:

Use an email address to log in
Your email address will replace your current username. This email will also be used for:
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Password reset instructions
- Account notifications
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Download the new launcher

Log in using your email and your reset password
Select forgot password to set it when logging in for the first time.
