RNS job setup:
Below are the steps you can follow to set up the RNS job to get notifications via email:
- Navigate to the Menu: Setup >> Customers >> Create/Edit.
- Input the client #, then go to Contacts on the left to add the email and other relevant information.
- Click on RNS Job. This will open the RNS Job Details screen on the right.
- Ensure it is set to Active by checking the box, and add the email address.
- You can either add the Subject or select the checkmark for 'Use default message'.
- Additionally, checkmark the option you prefer, such as 'Notify on goods released'.
