Mailbox can be accessed from the Top menu:
Shipments - Mailbox


View: To view the Email message
New: Create a new shipment from that email
Merge: Merge that email into an existing shipment
Archive: File it into the system archive
SPAM: Flag an email as spam
Option: 'New'
A New shipment can be created from the email within the Inbox above by clicking on it and then click on 'New' as per below.
Input the Customer # as seen below and then click on 'OK' at the bottom. That should create the shipment file AND add the email message to F1/Notes of the Shipment entry screen
Once the shipment is successfully created, you should receive a confirmation/toaster popup on the bottom right hand side of your desktop as per below:

Then the user can go to Menu: 13 - 1, load the above file # and key in the rest of the details to complete the shipment. And when the user presses on F1/Notes, the email in the above Mailbox gets copied into the Notes. See below

Option: Merge
When the user clicks on 'Merge', the selected email appears with a field to input the Shipment file to merge that email message to. See below
And when merged into a shipment file, that email message can be accessed by loading that shipment file at Menu: 13 - 1 and then press on F1/notes, which is where that merged email appears. See below
